Cardinal Keith Patrick O’Brien has co-signed a letter encouraging all MPs to reject the renewal of Trident. The Government proposed debate is scheduled for the House of Commons, Wednesday 14th March.
Cardinal O’Brien’s co-signatories include the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, the Right Reverend Alan McDonald, and Dr Idris Jones, the Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church.
